Small-Scale Digitization Projects For State and Local Publications

There is no question that libraries of all sizes, matter how small, have an important role to play in preserving and facilitating the discovery government publications. This especially true for documents issued at state local level, precisely because they are less-well known nationally therefore less likely be included larger national digitization projects.
